Full-time We are seeking potential candidates for the position of “International Call Center Agent”ย who will be making inbound and outbound phone calls.
Responsibilities
- Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner.
- Maintain a healthy relationship with the customer.
- Provide information about the company’s services and products.
- Update the company’s database with relevant information.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively answer customer questions and cross sell additional products/services.
- Set up appointment for the sales team.
Requirement
- Preferablyย 1 Yearย experience in similar role with a reputed Call Center / Software House.
- Fluent in English (Written and Verbal both)
- Able to work in US Time Zone (Night Shift).
Location: Block 4, Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Karachi.
